Processing Time Custom Order: Please allow additional processing time of around 5-10 business to complete customer made orders Shipping Time: We ship mostly via DHL. Please allow 5 business days after order is processed for you to receive package Once Order is Shipped: Once the order has been shipped and customer notified via email, it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package on the delivery date. If package is send back due to customer not available it is customers responsibility for any shipping fees to resend package. Please note we have no control for orders delayed due to customs

Returns/Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our main aim at Afrizar is to ensure that our customers are happy.
Afrizar is a marketplace where different Sellers list their products for sale. Each of our sellers have different return policy but follows our general return policy as below.
Please note you have a 100% buyer protection through PayPal for any transaction conducted on the Afrizar platform when you use PayPal as method of payment! We guarantee a return of any product (100% refunded) that is not as described within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery. The returned product has to be unused and in the same condition as you received it and should be in its original packaging to be refundable.
Afrizar reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is not in its original form.
We also guarantee 100% refund for items not received due to sellers fault. We are however not responsible for situations where buyers provide incorrect address or wasn't available for product delivery. Buyers are encouraged to contact their Postal service and arrange for delivery as soon as they can if they missed a delivery to avoid product being returned to seller; buyer will be responsible for cost to re-ship products.
Refund method & payment: All refunds will be refunded to the same mode of payment used during checkout. Check with your bank on how long refund will take to appear on your account once we issue you a refund.
Cancellations
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he / she will be entitled to a 100% refund. Customer will need to send us an email at info@afrizar.com with the order number, otherwise, if the product is already shipped, refer to sellers return policy/cancellation policy.
Afrizar is a platform where various sellers list their products. All sellers go through a vetting process prior to selling on the platform. Once a seller complete their order and payment. The payments are hold in the platform until the seller update the system with a valid tracking number and expected delivery date (Orders with US, International orders will be an estimate only). Only then will the seller receive the payment. In addition we have solid buyers protection for all orders placed on the African platform.
